The Regional Account Executive for FLSP is an individual that is a self-starter who thrives on prospecting and closing business. You must be an extrovert, have a ‘go-getter’ mentality, and be skilled at interacting with people from mechanics to executives. The Regional Account Executive is organized, has excellent oral and written communication skills, and enjoys cold calling. The position works from home, covers a territory consisting of Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, and reports to FLSP’s head office in Winnipeg, Canada.

You will research and qualify new sources that will improve the company’s bottom line, while building strategic supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and appreciates the challenge of developing and improving processes.

SCMP designation or minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing purchasing environment

The Test Engineering Specialist is a methodical, detail oriented, and creative professional that will be responsible for creating and executing design verification, validation, and manufacturing test plans for in-house developed products.  The successful candidate will be engaged in analysis, design and development of various test fixtures and test strategies for our various parts, components, assemblies, and products.

Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Minimum 5 years of related engineering experience

The Mechanical QA Inspector will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the manufacturing of the products. To excel in this role, the successful applicant is experienced, has great attention to detail and an excellent technical aptitude.

The Mechanical Design Engineer is a methodical, detailed oriented, and creative professional that will be responsible for creating engineering designs within specific growth markets for the company. The successful candidate will be engaged in analysis, conceptual design, and development of various parts, components and assemblies for our diverse customer base using traditional tools and new technologies to assist throughout the product development life cycle.

Minimum 1-2 years of related engineering experience

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Assembler will be responsible for producing and assembling products on the production line that aid in the safety of children. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, has a “can-do” attitude and works well in a team environment.

The Inside Sales Representative is a hunter that is a motivated and talented individual that thrives on closing business. You must be a people person, have a ‘go-getter’ mentality, and have the ability to interact with various departments and types of customers at multiple levels. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and booking sales calls for the Regional Account Executive. The Inside Sales Representative is professional, and has excellent customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills. The successful individual will be growing the assigned territory with the Regional Account Executive.

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of inside sales experience
